AUSTRALIAN EXCHANGE POLICY

Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment. Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our garments, we do not accept returns/refunds for change of mind. Only the Size of the garment can be exchanged if sizing is available to all Full Priced items, No exchange or refund on Sale Items and Pre orders

m a r i a m.seddiq® will ONLY offer an exchange service to the size of the garment minus postage and handling on all full priced items if we are notified for a request to exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Item must be returned by mail postmarked within 2 days of receiving the item. We do not accepted items to be exchanged if item is postmarked past the 2 day deadline.

 

CUSTOM MADE / BESPOKE ORDERS

All custom made orders are final. No exchange No refund.

Fabric, Colours, Design is chosen by the client. 

Client can alter and tweak design during the 1st and 2nd prototype/toile. 

We cannot change anything after the 2nd Prototype.

Once final fabric the design is final.

Custom orders are created based on Clients request therefore strictly no refunds for change of mind.

 

 

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All international shipments are sent via FeDex priority. Once the item leaves our showroom we issue a tracking number. International parcels/boxes normally take between 2-3 days. Any delays inbetween we do not take responsibilty. We can not predict custom delays or any other international issue from our end. Please choose carefully as we strictly do not refund
